3. A big thank you

littleflowers

I wanted to say a big thank you for the students in my January and February Fairy Online School! What a lovely group of folks. We’ve had quite a few classes going at once this time around, so I am so grateful to Schoology to be able to have a platform to organize it all in one place. There’s been lots of thoughtful homework created in the Empath Skills class that I loved reading. The fairy classes are gaining speed, and the Animal Mediumship class has such dedicated students.

THANK YOU!

I love teaching and sharing and especially love when students really benefit from the offerings and can apply the lessons to their lives.

A new session

A new session is coming up and a new class, COLOR HEALING! Ooooh.

The bottomline is the more support I have for what I offer and create, the more I create, which is a good thing. At least I think so! Usually, those things that aren’t received or get a “flat-line” response you will see mysteriously disappear from the site. So, your support is very appreciated to keep things going.

Time to sign up.

Did you sign up yet for March classes? Lots of Early Bird Specials to take advantage of.

4. Fairy Online School Friday Fun

fairyclasses

It’s Fairy Online School Friday — WOO HOO!

Fridays are when I deliver lessons and hang out at the Fairy Online School Schoology site answering questions and having fun with students. So, why not include you in the fun? On Fridays, I’d like to share either some cool student homework, or a tip from the school, or a fun worksheet to play with. Sound good?

For Today’s Morsel…

yarrowflower

In the Fairy Beginner Fairy Healing class, I cover a featured flower essence each lesson to spotlight. Yarrow flower essence is one of my favorites. It’s great for protection for the sensitive, meaning feeling and making stronger walls or boundaries around you to feel less bombarded. This plant (which the essence originated from) even withstood the “Walmart test.” I bought it there and carried it around in the store and it may have been the first time I didn’t feel overcome with negative gunk! I love you Yarrow!

8. The Anti-Marketing Campaign for Fairy School

Friday starts a new session of the Fairy Online School. We always have fun and I love sharing what I’ve learned with folks so they have lots of tools and feel empowered. This year I’ve learned so much about marketing and there seems to be lots of formulas zooming around, that to me, have actually gotten me turned off from most marketing I receive. I tried some of that and I didn’t enjoy it, and it didn’t work for my tribe. All that type of marketing actually exhausted me, taking away from my creativity. So instead, I will do the Ronni method. (Okay, to be fair, I did make that funky trailer, but that was fun to make.) Classes start Friday and if you are interested and you really feel you can benefit right now with what is being offered, do sign up. I’d love to work with and assist you, and I know you will have fun. There’s a two payment option, and Paypal Bill Me Later for most classes, and many are very affordable under $60.00.

And for the many on small budgets, I offer my new TREAT SHOP, where you can pick up a tool or two for under $20.00 that can really help while still supporting the writer/artist to be able to eat..hey, that’s me! I love win-win situations.

I could bug you via email over and over until the day school starts, but I had one organization do that to me and it felt like Mom nagging me to do the dishes. Hmmm…not so much.

Look forward to working with the new students and fairy blessings to you,

Ronni

10. I’m Graduating and New Premiere Video

Graduating…

screensoul

Next week I graduate from the fabulous and wonderful Graduate EDMT Certification Program at Full Sail University. I have such mixed feelings. I’m so excited on accomplishing such an intensive program and surviving with flying colors (yay!) and I plan on napping for days after this! My dogs are anxious to interact with me without “that thing” on my lap all the time. On the other hand, I loved school. The teacher got to be the student and it was so fun and rewarding. The biggest gain from school has been my switch in thinking to expansion vs. contraction. I saw how much more I was simply by having what the wonderful Maya Zaido calls “the right mirrors,” reflecting back to me. Where I had felt “not enough” in the struggle of my business and probably in most of my world for so long, I was seeing in myself gifts I didn’t know were there.

Here’s a gift for you!

How fitting to premiere now this little video I made during the Filmmaking for Education class based on my popular podcast. All day on Wednesday, 12/12, please stop by here and watch the video. And share here, if you like, how you are getting rid of your “not enough thinking” and how you can surround yourself with the right mirrors to thrive. Enjoy!

12. Sketchbook Saturday: Z is for Zinnia

sketchbook saturday

I haven’t had time in awhile for Sketchbook Saturday, so I thought it was a good idea to post one today. I thought this card was super appropriate for the times right now. When I finishing my calendar I felt this card was a fitting one to include and summed up what I had gained or learned in 2012. We can go through some pretty awful experiences in our lives but something special survives and can’t be destroyed.

Z is for Zinnia.

zisforzinnia

LESSON OF THE ZINNIA THAT SURVIVED THE LAWN:

This month’s lesson is about…survival and joy. Often in life we go through hardship, loss and trauma, which chips away at that delicious, child-like innocence we came in with. Years ago, my family and I planted a small garden. We bought expensive dirt and laid out the garden with care. Each plant was picked to bring joy to the yard. But what we didn’t count on was the conditions: strong Arizona heat that reached 106 degrees and killed every plant but one: the hardy Zinnia. Zinnia is the fairy joy flower. Even in the toughest conditions and experiences, there’s a precious part of us that doesn’t die. Hint: it’s the part that still knows how to giggle.

A little about the artwork:

I wanted the zinnia to stand out and to be very stylized to show its beauty and simplicity. I love the art crayons which gave the wonderful textures in the background.

ORDER: This card/art is in my 2013 Healing Fairy Alphabet calendar available over at Lulu. You can order yours here.

15. Fairy Online School Friday: Roses

It’s Friday! And that means Fairy Online School excerpts. Today’s excerpt is from the Healing With Roses mini class that is available for sign-ups all throughout the month of July. You can sign up here. Your totally FREE tip:

Roses you are attracted to are meant just for you

“I wanted to know if experimenting with making my own essences from roses I picked would be just as powerful. I found out that these essences were just as effective and even more tailored for me and my family. I was told that the roses I was attracted to and that came into my life were the right energies for me. So, the roses you are attracted to, are perfect for you!”

16. Sketchbook Saturday

It’s my R is for Roses from the Healing Fairy Alphabet.

I love roses! When I moved here to my fairy castle I was pleasantly surprised to find several rose bushes in my yard. At the time, I really needed healing on all levels and just being by the Roses I am convinced has helped me. Roses lift us up from whatever pain, bad mood, or circumstance we are facing and give us a higher perspective so we can think again and see things clearly. Can you pick up some roses today to help you heal?

(I was so happy with the finished card, I used it for my header image!)

18. New Fairy Class Starts Soon!

Thank you for taking the New Class Poll! We have a winner! (For those of you sighing because you wanted an Advanced Animal Communication class, don’t worry. We’ve got a monthly teleclass scheduled in November on that subject!)

New Fairy Class! Let me take you on an adventure.

I invite you to enter deeper into the fairy world. Maybe you took the Fairy Beginner Fairy Healing class, or dipped your feet into Fairies 101 for a look, or maybe you just love fairies and they’ve been sparkling in and out of your life. The Fairy Tools class (part of the Fall Session) we’ll dive into new healing tools you can use and apply in daily, practical life, while having fun exploring different parts of the Fairy Realm.

We visit the Cacti People for targeted help, dive down deep with the Water Spirits, enter Indian Gardens to clear out holes, go to the fields of manifesting magic, head to the Pond of Mirrors, and visit the Flower Garden to heal with color. Sign up in the next two minutes (just kidding), but seriously, if you sign up this week, each student receives a FREE guided fairy meditation to play with later! Go here.
