pleased to meet is another label i found through hus & hem, who are currently stocking their beautiful cards. based in berlin, germany pleased to meet is the work of daniela konn and marcel hornung who met whilst working in new york. check them out online for a cute collection of notebooks, wrapping paper and cards.

when i was in john lewis picking up my free catalogue last week a stationery range called 'new japan' caught my eye. the main design has a hand drawn feel and is mixed with a mini geometric and secondary floral print. and also from john lewis a loose floral called 'tilda' on curtains and wallpaper. another of john lewis' spring summer 2013 trends is 'botanist

drinkblots art coasters are a new product by studio m, who are a division of magnet works. they come in blocks of 24 with each being a different design. each set has been designed by artists such as jessica swift, susan black, and linda solovic. i was lucky enough to get hold of the set by carolyn gavin which is a riot of colour and cute illustrations. drinkblots are reusable, recyclable and

happy jackson is a new stationery and gift range from designers heather flynn and giles andreae (of purple ronnie/edward monkton). its all about big words, bright colour, and fun patterns and began with a sketch of a pug. the stationery range is available through wild & wolf but there are also bags, cards, gift wrapping, and tinware. all the details can be found online here.

after talking to the very talented trend team at the wilkinson press show i was inspired to go and visit my local store. the girls had enthused over their current stationery ranges and promised more good designs were to come in 2013. here are some instore snaps and product shots from their current 'cats & dogs' range which is available in shops and online now.

the next collection spotted in my local wilkinson's store was 'sweets'. in pastel shades and pinks it is a range ideal for girls of all ages. the main prints are a scattered toss of sweets and lollies, and a more structured print with jars of sweets in a row. a pink stripe design acts a complimentary co-ordinating print. see more from the sweets collection online here.

i had a lovely email from designer elizabeth olwen who told me her appearance on print & pattern back in june last year had directly lead to her recieving a commission. elizabeth's floral designs are now available as cards from teneues (below). elizabeth has created lots of great new prints and will be exhibiting at surtex, new york in may. she has also collaborated with wallpapered. find out

im finishing the week as i began with a look at stationery design. you may remember the wilkinson preview posted in early december where we saw their 2013 trend called 'sustain', and its from this print theme that their newly launched 'woodland' stationery belongs. featuring cute owls and fashionable foxes the range includes file and paper storage, a waste bin, fabric door stop, bag, mug, phone

the second new collection from wilkinson is 'wilde'; a more masculine range of stationery that features on-trend moustaches and victorian curios like taxidermy and insects, all mixed with a smart geometric chevron print that wouldnt be out of place at jonathan adler. you can see more from the wilde collection across stationery and home decor online here at wilkinson.

the rag and bone bindery, who specialise in handmaking fabric covered books and albums, are having a sale with all items discounted at least 25% off. 'the spring trunk show' also features exclusive limited editions on journals, baby books, and photo albums. fabrics used include suzy ultman's 'critter community' owls, and caleb gray's robots. it runs until midnight tonight US time.

ursula celano launched a design/gift business in ireland last november selling a collection notebooks and cards and she will also be bringing textiles to market in june - the design themes are very irish but ursula's aim has been to translate irish imagery into the modern style in a very personal way. check them out online here and look out for ursula at top drawer in london this september.

if you were lucky enough to be at the national stationery show in new york last month you would have seen the fabulous new products from sukie. created by brighton based designers darrell and julia gibbs the new products include a box of 30 postcards and a set of 32 silk screenprinted gift tags. available now online at sukie.

more today from the autumn winter ranges that are coming to heals for the new season. one of designers stocked by heals is jonathan adler and at their recent press show there was plenty of colourful stationery on display. new items i hadnt seen before included a sticker and label book, and i loved the stylised bird print above.

heals are also keen supporters and stockists of legendary finnish design company marimekko. on display at the press show i couldnt resist this new postcard pack by marimekko designer aino-maija metsola. called mokilla the pack contains 12 cards, and is also available as a calendar.also new marimekko post it notes, journals and notebooks...below : 'bambi' tray and mug featuring design by teresa

designer khristian A howell has just released her 2013 calendars. available in two size options they are available both in her online shop and etsy shop. the 17x22 calendar is printed on canvas and has been designed so you can easily discard the calendar portion and be left with a lovely canvas print.

finnish label polkka jam have a brand new collection called "kissanpäivät". as far as i know kissanpäivät translates as 'cat days' so i think this refers to lazy happy days where the time is your own. the collection features notepads and art prints depicting pastimes such sewing, knitting, and reading. see more collections and products from the excellent polkka jam online here.

british newspaper the guardian has recently launched 'the guardian collection' using its extensive photographic archive and working with artists and designers. these images feature the first ever product range by celebrated israeli born graphic artist noma bar who has created a stationery collection to launch the project.

these designs are from the pattern portfolio of designer and illustrator gabrielle treanor of the green gables. gabrielle recently launched a new subscription service called the eco stationery club. subscribers will receive a gift box of the green gables' eco-friendly stationery in the post for each month, and as far as gabrielle knows she is the only business in the UK offering monthly

'word for word' is a new decorative type product range from uk stationer wh smith. the collection features an assortment of appropriate words on recipe books, photo albums, pens, mugs and notebooks.  

and the final range of wilkinson's stationery comes 'photography' featuring hand drawn sketches of cameras on a variety of notepads, files, and gadget cases. all the items featured are available in stores now. and to end with a little look at two of wilkinson's other more masculine stationery lines featuring geometrics and architectural landmarks.
