2. XMAS 2014 - clinton cards

3. DESIGNER - hannah sessions

Hannah Sessions has just finished the MATS (Make art that sells) course by Lilla Rogers and is now setting herself up as a full time freelance designer. 4. PAPERCHASE - xmas decorations

I have a final look at Paperchase's 2014 Chrismtas offering today. We start with a look at their quirky modern decorations. They have a wide range of hanging tree decorations, wreaths that are far from traditional and many styles and sizes of reindeer. Look out also for crackers and tableware. 9. ETSY SHOP - rachel cave

A designer whom I really admire Rachel Cave has just starting selling a few postcards, prints, and greetings cards on Etsy for the first time. 10. XMAS 2014 - ink sandwich

13. XMAS 2014 - john lewis pt.2

Also spotted in John Lewis were these super cute advent boxes which can be hung on a tree and filled with treats. The illustrations are part of a wider range which also features on food packaging, gift wrap, crackers, etc and includes an ice skating sausage dog all unified by colourful stripes. 14. NEW WORK - kat kalindi cameron

These folksy festive patterns and artwork were created by designer Kat Kalindi Cameron for craft magazine Mollie Makes. Kat designed them for their issue #46 as Festive Pull-out stationery papers, which could be used for wrapping, crafting, or they would also look great up on the wall. The magazine also features their 2015 Calendar and other festive craft goodies.

Also spotted on Etsy recently were these modern geometric cards by Trixi Angermuller aka Frausieben who is based in Hamburg, Germany. If you like simple pared down shapes and cool colours for Christmas then these could be just for you.

18. XMAS 2015 - sainsbury's

Today's final Christmas selection comes from UK supermarket Sainsbury's. They have some stylish designs this year including these sweet birds and a Christmas tree that if full of little details. Other highlights include a Scandinavian style set of folky designs on ktaft card and a blue and silver themed wrap collection with a winter trees print.

Jess Bruggink is a designer based in Minneapolis. She studied Graphic Design in Michigan after being inspired by Martha Stewart as a child. Jess currently designs stationery at Mara Mi but also works on her own freelance projects and artworks in her spare time, and loves designing wedding invitations for her friends. 22. STORE SNAPS - accessorize

I loved this 'Wilderness' collection spotted recently in Accessorize. The lovely woodland design (below) is rich and quite formal, but is complimented by a more painterly floral (above) in light pink or turquoise. 23. STORE SNAPS - rfh shop

Here are some more bits and pieces spotted whilst out and about recently at the Royal Festival Hall shop in London. This beautiful design shop is well worth a visit and is on the Southbank just 2 minutes from Waterloo station. 24. NEW COLLECTIONS - lilipinso & co

Secret Garden is a new decoration collection by Susan Driscoll for Lilipinso. It is a beautiful range of floral prints in a sophisticated colour palette and appears on wall stickers, rugs, wallpaper and art prints. Lilipinso is a French company companyfounded by Sandrine Guigou who specialise in decor for children's rooms and work with lots of fab designers to bring style to their ranges.

25. XMAS 2014 - wh smith

And we round off today with some snapshots of 2014 Christmas cards spotted in the UK high street stationers Wh Smith. They have some fun graphic style cards featuring animals skiing, snowboarding etc, as well as knitted owls, colourful stripes reminiscent of washi tapes, and designs by Kirstie Allsop.
