I DID IT! I actually included the You Cheer Me Up Award image in the scroll-box along with all of the links and it's not 2009. Here is the Blogroll the internet has been hearing about over and over again like a bad song on the radio for days. It's messing up my song for today and has been all over me like a bad headache for hours.
I’ve promised this blogroll for months. In addition, I asked the award winners to leave their blog name in comments so that I could add them to the list of award recipients intended for the blogroll. Because, I wanted to surprise all of the great bloggers who've received an award with a blogroll listing everyone's links- And I've managed to do it, which is a big accomplishment for this young bird in an empty nest. Especially with the rain we've had and the Blue jay's battle ox wife glaring at me from her nest while I sit on my branch minding my own business. Nevertheless, I did manage to build the blogroll... Which was...well...a whole lot harder than a nest and certainly not as easy as the instructions make it sound.
Trying to learn HTML is sooo hard that I wanted to scream and I don't know why it has to be so difficult...the way it's written reminds me of the logical way men give directions, "Honey just go west down highway 405 then turn southeast..." until my brain reverts back to the third grade and the sound of their voice resembles Charlie Brown's teacher again... blah, bloc, blah, bloc, ba...I'm sorry I got sidetracked it's just been one of those weeks.
Moreover, not ten minutes ago, I wrote another post about this blogroll and it disappeared into thin air- again. Tuesday's Question's post also disappeared Tuesday and now my SECOND post today and the third post altogether about this blogroll has turned into a powder of dust.
I wonder if David Copperfield is at a blogger party with blogger executives having the time of their life making my posts disappear. I can hear blogger executives and David Copperfield laughing, "HeHeHe watch this woman, she gets real mad when you make her posts disappear” –oh, I can just hear them laughing-
O.K. That’s it; I’m not going to let blogger push me into the Looney bin. (Especially, since it’s probably half my fault anyway- or a little less than half)
Therefore, I'm sorry, I'm losing it, but here’s another attempt at posting my award blogroll.
I don't know how many of You Cheer Me UpAwards have traveled around the internet, but I still have quite a few links to add to the blogroll it’s been so popular.
In fact, if you don't see your blog listed be sure to let me know…because I will be glad to get my happy hands on a few magic party men (who may have made your blog disappear) and add your url to the blogroll.
In addition, I will find out where the blog posts disappear party is taking place, and we'll just have to pay a visit ourselves.
Moving on it hasn't been easy and I still have to find a way to put the code itself in a scroll-box and make it fit in the sidebar. Please believe me until I find a way to post the blogroll in the sidebar, it will post anywhere else on the page, such as the middle in elements or in a post.
