Even something terrible like my son being bullied at school, can be turned around to create a positive.
I’m gateful to my son for agreeing that I could write ‘I Am Jack’. I couldn’t have done it without his approval, otherwise it would have been me bullying him.
But ’Jack’ didn’t want other kids to go through bullying.
‘I Am Jack’ has proven that my son was right. It’s a book and a play adapted by Monkey Baa Theatre - that kids, parents, teachers feel is real and a way to talk and understand how bullying happens and how to work through it.
