Wonderful post! I love your houses and bridges. It is impossible to get enough of them. The SONOS group looks quite amazing and the redhead reminds me of our son in law the drummer/sculptor before his hair began to "peak" at an older age.

It is beautiful. Your husband was given a wonderful gift in you and your joyful spirit. God must have known he would need you.

We remember Phil with fondness. He was one of our favorite actors and although our knowledge of him was simply what we saw on the screen, we felt sadness at his passing. Great talents are always missed.

This piece really draws me in. I want to dip my toes in that sea. Really gorgeous, gorgeous. And those entangled hearts. Aaah, its nice to get tangled up every once in a while.

Ooh! Ooh! My first two second glance at this reminded me of that beautiful theater up there in Santa Barbara. Not sure of the name (although, i'm sure it's something simple like..Santa Barbara Theatre!). Do you know the one I'm talking about. There are sweet little sitting areas on the sides of the theater...very sweet setting.

Stickers I love stickers, I am going to get this right this time........... So I would stick a cute little critter design on there and then I would stick them on envelopes and other goodies and send them to friends and family and clients too.

Stickers make everything cooler!! I love to use the stickers on: notes in my kiddos' lunches, thank you notes to anyone and everyone, fridge art, and business cards!

That's pretty funny...on both counts...I had an apartment that had some bad pipes or something and after a month my toilet looked so bad I didn't even want to use it...and no amount of scrubbing or cleaning made the inside look any prettier...I found out they just kept switching toilets when new people moved in to try to hide the situation...I guess replacing toilets is cheaper than fixing pipes...and this has been another episode of "more than you ever really cared to know about me"...

I remembered the time when I like to to jump down from the stairs and each time I jump, I would go up one more step and jump, the highest I tried was 4 steps. Too scary...I suggest you think twice before you jump. I like the little window on the stairs.

It's a wonderful thing the jump over the edge. Since I left my 9 to 5, I slid over the edge at 100 mph and bashed my head in on the jagged rocks of creativity below.

The fireflies are one of the things I miss most - that from the Midwest, where I grew up. But bits of my family lived around LA for quite a while and Topanga Canyon is part of my background.

I love the house, and the fireflies make it a perfect summer evening. We have to wait a long time up here in NH for them to show up, but when they do, they are HUGE and constantly beckon us outdoors to enjoy the night along with them.

More little houses where everyone wants to live.. and well, we have lost a big artist of the music world.. we hope he is still dancing and singing no matter where..

I was just in Washington, too (two nights), and I had a Border Collie cross with me (my new dog!) but I was in northeastern WA.

This is a great illustration -- one of my fvaourites of yours! I must check out the greeting card section now (and I love this song!).

looks like you and louie must have had a wonderful time in WA. Louie was the name of my dog i had when i was in HS though he wasn't as big as this louie.
