DECEMBER’S LIGHT by Eileen Spinelli
It’s the slanted light of a silver star,
soft candlelight in a quiet room.
It’s lantern light from house to barn
swaying bright against the gloom.
It’s the light of home across the miles.
It’s the puddled light of moon-on snow.
It’s the light in eyes…in smiles…in hearts.
It’s the sweetest light of all I know.
Thank you Eileen and Carol for the Christmas cheer. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day. Merry Christmas!
Talk tomorrow,
Kathy
