This guy was done, and ready to go last week, but I got trapped in the city, away from my scanner and stuff an extra day, and didn't get a chance to post him.
I was just messing around, showing one of my students how to deal with a line and perspective issue she had, and just kept playing with the line I drew as a model. I think he's part dog, but I'm not sure of the breed!

He was half robot, half demon and she still kicked his ass.
Getting used to my new cintiq and still working out this new quicker style of comics drawing. The cintiq is a really fun toy but I'm still a bit unsure if it actually gives me a speed advantage.

I've gotten to know two half-beasts quite well. Thankfully, the beast side stays hidden most of the time.

The Crepuscular Emergence of the Inner Beast, Self Portrait as Coyote, by Mary Stebbins Taitt. (Only half beast during the transformation periods?) (Full beast half the rest of the time?) This is a brand new version of an old piece. Smudge painted over the original.
