This was a fun set to work on, and contains my first common card, Absaroke (the Grouse Dance). I loved researching the beliefs and traditions of the Native Americans. Check out the tradition of the Grouse Dance (and see why I worked in the spirals). I was delighted for the chance to paint Appaloosa (not shown) and the painted horses.
For the Adventures of Feather and Doggie, I imagined they liked to travel together (the prairie dog on the horses head is different then the ones on the ground-check out their tails!). Feather and Doggie are known in Bella Sara as Keetoowah. It is currently available as a shinny card in the Native Lights Value box (I bought one at Target).
