I found the book I illustrated for Scholastic /Arthur A. Levine Books on Amazon~! I am so HAPPY I can finally share the cover with you~! I also did the interior spot pieces that will kick off each chapter!

"Field Trip"

Its Out~! I did 2 short stories (2 pages each) for Plants vs Zombies! My stories feature the balloon zombie and the Sunflower. I loved making use of the balloon shape for the zombie story. Transitions were challenging in this story. (Photos from the comic below)  I LOVE drawing plants, so I was delighted to get the sunflower piece! It was such fun working on pacing in this story.

Back from SDCC~! I made a quick video walk threw the exhibit hall just before it closes. The end walks around the Weta booth (part of below).    Lego had some great displays on the floor... and off the floor (at the petco stadium)   Ran into the Walking Dead! (they had a cage for photo ops) Occasionally the upclose zombies would leap and scare the crowd! Even had a wonderful

Im geting ready for the the Texas Comic Fest on June 13! It will be the first public apperance of my banner!! I will not be doing sketches on site, if you want one please contact me before hand. I look forward to seeing everyone! J.

"A Mermaid!" To the surprise of the captain, the noise turned out to be a tiny washed up mermaid. Im getting ready for the Texas convention (got the banner, and stickers. Even made some sketchbooks for the con!)  All excited, its my first comic con in Texas!! J.

The lovely award from the Society of Illustrators LA arrived!  Also our tiny roses are in bloom!

Save the Kitty? I am happy to announce that the cover I did for Vanbreed Studios was selected to appear in Spectrum 22. It will be my 4th time in Spectrum, but my first for a comic cover.
