On Facebook, I come across a lot of Animal Lovers. Personally, I do not see the point in fighting for Animal Rights, because the people that promote the killing of animals run our Country. And that is the good old Royal Family. Until we debate the Monarchy and solve this problem, we will never be able to move forward and create a better world for children/families and animals.

Yesterday, we went shopping in Cardiff. Have you been to the new Lego stores where you can pick a brick? Fascinating!

Anyway, it was Melody's 13th Birthday yesterday. And of course there was no way we could walk on by the Lego Shop. When she saw the Dr Who Lego, that was it. She had to have it. Luckily, she had a lot of Birthday money from family and friends.

I cannot help but question why our Governments want to ban Organic Seed sharing? And how Monsanto are protected. Surely, a good Government would want to help us grow our own Organic foods, if they really cared about children and families?

It is without a doubt GMO/Chemical foods are the cause of all my health problems. So if they are causing me problems, who else is suffering?

Last year, I eat nearly all Organic fruit and veg, and notice a huge positive impact on my health. The only mistake I made, was eating shop prepared Houmous with Rapeseed oil (Toxic.) This year, we just cannot afford Organic foods, they are too expensive. I am currently keeping a record of my health, and what I eat. And believe you guys should do the same. After all, we cannot give our children the best start in life, if we are not 100% healthy ourselves, due to lack of true health education. But even then, what happens if you cannot afford decent healthy Organic foods? Or grow them, due to the lack of sun! Typical Elite bullying, forcing us to eat GMO foods, whether we want them or not!

As you know I have managed to come off my Inhalers. But as soon as I eat something with GMO/Chemicals, I am back on the Inhaler again. And it doesn't just make me wheeze. It causes havoc with my bodily functions. If your body is not working internally properly, then how are you meant to have perfect health?

Last year, I replaced my cheese addiction with Organic Houmous. And I thought I was doing my body some good. Houmous became part of my main meal of the day. Organic Jacket Potatoes with Houmous and salad. I added etc garlic to ward off colds and stinging nettle to help my Asthma. I managed to eat just organic foods in 2015, and had a lot more energy. But something was not right ... 

And that was the Houmous! In the summer I started get sore, dry skin above my lip. It looked unsightly and felt horrible. Since I have stopped eating the Asda Houmous, it has started to clear up and is disappearing.

I know that a lot of people say they get a skin rash once they start detoxing. But I feel it is more than that. When you start out, it is all a bit of an experiment. You have no understanding about the chemicals they put in our foods, and how they effect our body. Which is why it is important to do your research. Like I did with the Houmous. My advice to you, is if you can afford just organic Fruit and Veg, then stick to those foods. If you can "GROW YOUR OWN ORGANIC FOODS!"


Did you know Asda put Rapeseed Oil in their Organic Houmous. And this plant is a nightmare for Asthma and Hayfever sufferers. This video mentions seed oils are really bad for us! They kill off our cells, and put us at risk from Cancer.

Looks like butter has less chemicals than margarine.

THE OTHER THING ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF SEED OILS THEY USE IN OUR FOODS, IS THAT THEY CHANGE THE COLOUR OF YOUR POO!

They say that when your poo is light brown in colour. Yellowish. Then that means too much fat in your diet. I had this problem when I was consuming Houmous. I was not eating anything else other than fruit and veg. I used no butter or margarine on my potato. So the only fat I consumed was one pot of Asda Houmous daily. On the upside. Since I have stopped eating Asda's Houmous, my body is going back to normal, and I am on the healthy chart!

I don't go to church. There is simply not one religion that ticks all the boxes for me. And I just don't get Adam and Eve. Not to mention the thought of having to go to Church every Sunday, just does not excite me. I like my chill out family time and freedom. But saying that, I do believe in God. I believe that by just trying to be a good person can be enough. There are some really loving and kind religious people, who personally need protecting. I look at the older generation, like my Nan and partners Grandmother, they were both Christians, but we never knew they went to Church, until they died. They never once forced their religion on us. And this is something I very much admire.

This is why I signed the above petition. Of course there are bad religious people too. But, just maybe bad people are put in religious groups on purpose to make them look bad, and destroy real child and family friendly values. After all Powerful Elites are sadly capable of much mischief! And there are good and bad people through all walks of life. One thing I know for sure and that is there is nothing wrong with old fashioned values. You just have to take a look around at the mess our world is in, because of new age thinking. Children and families are really suffering because of it.

WHY I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY LOCAL CHURCH?

A few years ago, when I went to my local church and asked for help for families to earn from home. I was told "NO, WE NEED THE MONEY!" This really upset me. And I thought to myself "so much for team players." And what sort of house of god is this. But yesterday, my mind was changed. The same church offered support, without religion. Now that is the first.
Yesterday, I found out just how much the local Church does for the community. They keep latch key kids off the streets (that is a positive.) And the Church has plenty of things to entertain them. Pool, table tennis and much more. Not to mention the music side. We have been offered a certain amount of free tables to sell old things, when they have their next fund raising. The Church also offers rooms for hire, a lot cheaper than the norm. The thing that really ticked all the boxes for me, is that they are welcoming people into the Church that do not practise religion. And offering support.

So anyway, although you will not get me going to a Sunday Service. I am glad that I have something good to say about our local Church. And I hope that I can one day help the community too re Organic Seed Sharing. Who knows what the future holds. All you can do is hope!

I am trying to work out the health difference in diet between Vegans and Organic Raw Vegans. Any help and support would be appreciated. I strongly believe the chemicals in our foods make us sick!

I would like to talk to Organic Raw Vegans and find out how healthy they are? Basically, I want to liaise with people that eat mainly organic raw fruit and vegetables. And ask them some questions:

1. Have they cured any illness by changing their diet? If so have they cured Cystic Fibrosis, Diabetes, Asthma, Bronchitis, Cancer, Arthritis or any other illness?
2. Do they get colds/flu? And do the colds/flu cause health issues with Asthma, lung complaints?
3. Did they suffer from constipation before changing their diet?
4. How long have they been eating healthy?
5. What do they normally eat in a week?
6. Do they have more energy now?
7. Have they lost weight since changing the way they eat? And if so how much?
8. Do they look and feel younger?

My name is Sharon J. Bainbridge, I am a mother who wants to be the best role model possible. December 2014 I weighed 10 half stone. In my 20's I weighed around 7 half to 8 stone. In my late 30's, after having my daughter, I went up to 9 stone. Ten and a half stone is the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I felt ill and lacked energy! Always tiered. My stomach looked like I was in competition with Santa. And I started getting strange stomach cramps. It was as if something was crawling around in my belly. Not to mention I was getting really bad pains in my legs. A few times I nearly collapsed as my legs felt like they were giving way. I nearly  put it all down to age, as I turn 50 this year, and my family have a history of hip replacements and arthritis. Apart from all that I had to take a strong inhaler for my Asthma, because I worked in a really run down school with asbestos on the roof, which leaked. I took this job because Evil Elites had destroyed my on-line business. Water from the roof dripped into my pudding, I asked to change it, and was told no. I did not want to cause an argument and stupidly eat it. My health really suffered, and I never in a million years thought I would ever be able to be Asthma free. But I am here to tell you today, that an Organic Raw Vegan Diet has really changed my life for the better. And Stinging Nettle Tea drank at least three times a day, can really help too. But remember, if you get a cold and come down with Asthma, don't mess around. This is why I am doing this research. If you need the inhaler, take it!


I have had Asthma from the age of three years old. My first memory is being left in hospital on my own and screaming for my Mum. Thankfully, things have changed. Hospitals now allow parents to stay with their children, and believe me, they need us to feel safe and secure. My family smoked and I was allergic to pets, so you can imagine just how sick I used to get. Like most Asthmatics I nearly died as a child. At 49 years old, I now know it is not the pets I am allergic to, it is actually the chemical foods, which cause the allergies. I found this out by changing my diet to an Organic Raw Vegan lifestyle, I am 90% Raw. The only thing I cook is the potato (Jacket Potato.) And of course chickpeas have to be cooked for Houmous. I do feel that the shop Organic Houmous is causing me health issues, as I have dry sore skin above my lip. And when I was not drinking Stinging Nettle Tea all the time, I used to get out of breath in the evenings a bit, especially when laying down.  The preservatives are a problem. So I intend to make my own Houmous. And even try and find a plant to replace the chickpeas, which does not have to be cooked.

So I intend to change my diet again this year, and will create a video on this Blog and one about our future health improvements.

Happy New Year (2016) to all my readers. What are your plans and New Year Resolutions? Please do share them with me. Who knows, we may have the same common goals.

Mine are very ambitious, and I can't wait to share them with you! I really hope to make a difference and get our Banking System changed to be child and family friendly! As well as support for the free Website Shop to help families earn from home. Not to mention, how proud I am that I managed to get both myself and my daughter, Melody, off our Asthma Inhalers last year. I now know Asthma is caused by the foods we eat (chemical foods destroy health.) Going organic Raw Vegan is one way to cure Asthma and other illnesses. And Stinging Nettle Tea drank three times a day has worked with getting Melody off the Inhalers. One problem, and that is, she needs a Raw Organic Vegan diet to stop her getting colds, which cause Asthma attacks. With some luck, I will be able to liaise with Raw Organic Vegans and find out if they have managed to cure the common cold by eating healthy (no chemicals.) With the research I have done so far, this seems to ring true. I need to cut out shop Houmous and make my own. Even if it is organic, it still has preservatives in it, which cause problems. I really want to liaise with Organic Farmers and gardeners help protect them. And start growing organic tomatoes in bulk, as well as seed sharing! So yes, a very ambitious year ahead indeed. And I must not forget the children in state care, they need a voice, and a voice they will get!  

Just like Star Wars, I am fighting against the Dark Forces to bring light to all children and families worldwide! The Dark Force, being Evil Elites! You don't need to use violence to win battles, the Pen is mightier than the sword!

Did you have a Lego Christmas? We have had a family Lego Christmas for three years running now. This toy really brings us together. And makes great songs and animations! HOPE FOR A GREAT NEW YEAR (2016) FOR EVERYONE

Sorry I have been so quiet lately. Melody my daughter has been in hospital with Asthma. She got Daddy's cold. Such a shame, as she was doing so well with her Asthma. Because I was looking after her in hospital, I ended up getting ill too. I am 100% sure it was because I could not access organic foods and distilled water in hospital. But hope to get off the Inhalers again next year, and Melody wants to change her diet. So that is great news. We are both going healthy for 2016!

Do you have a complaint about the Financial Ombudsman Service? Where do they get the funding from? Is it from the Tax Payer or the Banks? If the Banks control the Financial Ombudsman, that explains why they swing in their favour. and do not take up a real investigation.

But, that is nothing compared to all the other mothers, fathers and grandparents, who worked extremely hard to protect the school field and meadow + nature. They deserve all the support they can get. others, fathers and grandparents did. They worked extremely hard and deserve support!

Melody told me she wants to earn money from singing. I believe she can do it! But I have to knock down the Elite Brick Walls first, which stand in her way! They are not just standing in her way, but these walls prevent so many talented children/people from achieving their dreams. I look at how the Internet gets away with promoting things that are not child and family friendly, and how this destroyed her little "Never too old for Lego Radio show," and I feel Melody is owed an apology and compensation! If they had not trashed her show with revolting images, Melody would have gone on to promote it through the Library etc. Lego supported her and sent her a gift! It is just damn right not acceptable that bad people get away with doing evil things, and it is time parents complained about this smut they plague us with on-line. It is not good for children or family life. They need to be fined and people compensated!



But anyway, on the upside. Lets hope that next year we can get the Dragonframe Animation software working, without having to try and find the money for a new Camera. We need some child and family friendly entertainment. And who better to create these films, but our children. I hope they put many grown ups to shame!
