A couple weeks ago, I had the chance to attend the 2012 Unity Conference for the United Council of Christian Fraternities and Sororities (UCCFS). It was only 3 days of events, but those 3 days were nothing short of amazing. Last summer, I posted about the 2011 National Convention for Alpha Nu Omega, Inc. This year, we met up again. But this time, we got together with brothers and sisters in Chicago, representing:
Zeta Phi Zeta, Inc.
Delta Psi Epsilon Christian Sorority, Inc.
Men of God Christian Fraternity, Inc.
Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc.
Alpha Eta Theta Christian Sorority, Inc.
The idea of six different Greek Lettered Organizations -- six different Christian Greek Lettered Organizations coming together for the sake of improving ministry is quite dope. We all have different colors, calls, leadership structures, annual goals, etc., but we’re all united under the cause of being the light that the world needs to see. No pride. No competition.
