JAMESTOWN DUCK RECIPE Disjoint cleaned, plucked duck. Brown in bacon drippings with sliced onion. Salt and pepper duck. Add 2 C water and 2 bayberry leaves. Cook slowly 1 1/2 hr. In a separate pan, fry mushrooms, add 1/4 t fennel seds and 2 T flour. Add to duck, cook 30 min. longer.
