The King Arts Complex is calling for art to debut in their new Group
exhibition “Silhouettes: A Love Supreme” this is an exhibition
dedicated to the image and complexities of Black women. Images of Black women have been hypersexualized and judged in multiple ways throughout American history and the media. This show investigates the complexity and power of black femininity, and celebrates all forms of
the black woman.
