"I AM HE..."
1. Simple steps to make the most of your brainpower

Your intellectual capacity expands when exercised just as your muscles expand when exercised. There is a huge effect on your brainpower when proper exercise is carried out frequently. If you use it often and in the right ways, you become more creative and increase your ability to concentrate. If you never use your brain effectively, your ability to think and learn will weaken. Get these simple steps on how to get more productivity out of the gray matter.

Get some exercise: physical exercise enhances neurogenesis, i.e. it allows the creation of new neurons. Exercising your body clears your head and creates wave energy. I used to think and believe that I would learn more by not exercising and using the time to read a book instead. But I later realized that time spent exercising always lead to greater learning because it enhances productivity during the time afterwards. After getting some exercise, you feel revitalized and energized and can concentrate more easily.
Curtail television watching: this may seem hard, funny and impossible to some. People love loafing in front of the television. I was once a victim. The problem is that watching television doesn't use your brainpower or allow it to boost. It's like having the energy sapped out of a muscle without the health benefits of exercise. Don't you feel exhausted after spending a couple of hours watching TV? Your eyes are sore and tired from being focused on the light box for so long. You don't even have the energy to read a book. When you feel like relaxing, try reading a book instead. If you're too tired, listen to your favorite music. When you're with your friends or family, leave the tube off and have a conversation. All of these things use your brainpower more than television and allow you to relax.
Read challenging and inspiring books: many people like to read popular suspense fiction, but generally these books aren't mentally stimulating. If you want to improve your thinking and writing ability, you should read books that make you focus and inspire you to act. Reading a classic masterpiece can change your view of the world and will make you think in more constructive way. Don't be afraid to look up a word if you don't know it, and don't be afraid of dense passages. Take your time, re-read when necessary and you'll soon grow accustomed to the author's manner and approach to issues. Once you get used to reading challenging and inspiring books, I think you'll find that you aren't tempted to go back to page-turners. The challenge of learning new ideas is far better and exciting than any tacky suspense-thriller.
Sleep well: nothing makes it harder to concentrate than sleep deprivation. You'll be most refreshed and rejuvenated if you go to bed early so as to wake up early. Don't sleep more than eight hours. If you stay up late and compensate by sleeping late, you'll wake up languid and have trouble focusing. In my own little experience, the early morning hours are the most calm, serene and productive. Waking up early gives you more productive hours and maximizes your mental acuity all day. Ten to twenty minutes nap is advisable when you have the opportunity. Anything longer will make you tired, but a short nap will refresh you.
Take time to meditate: often times our lives get so frantic that we become engulfed without even realizing it. It becomes difficult to think because nagging thoughts keep interrupting. Spending some time alone in reflection and meditation gives you a chance to organize your thoughts and prioritize your responsibilities. Afterwards, you'll have a better understanding of what's important to you and what isn't. It makes the mind to feel less encumbered. Anything that allows a bit of prolonged solitude is advisable. A sage observes, "All the best ideas occur while walking." If you enjoy this activity, just try it- take a walk! If you don't enjoy…, discover your own and do it.

Making the most of your brainpower will make you to stand out and be outstanding. Get the significance of these exercises and be on top of the system that drives the progress of humanity.
