1. Book Signing

First set of Trunkels, another book, that I wrote/illustrated came in today from the publisher. So, I have officially sold and signed my first published book EVER to Amy Breedan! (Though actually a couple of people bought it offline before her, but since I don't see the 44 cents per book- I kid you not- until like a year... AND I didn't sign their book... Amy Breedan gets my credit for my first sale.) She gets double, triple prizes for coming over to my house within ten minutes of me getting the book delivered... which is quiet an accomplishment alone since she has two kids. I have an iphone picture that I will post on website if I can ever figure that out.

And even though that was cool and all- my favorite part of the day was doing homework with my girls. Yes, you would think that after having to substitute in middle school all day, that I would hate doing school work with the girls. However, it is my favorite part of the day. My husband made dinner, which freed me up to do homework for an hour with them. Then, we watched Camp Rock for the millionth time. Life in Sugar Land, TX is perfectly peaceful.
