1. St Charles School Ryde Loves I Am JACK

Spoke to the kids and teachers at St Charles Primary School Ryde.

The librarian was welcoming. The kids were fantastic and really engaged in I AM JACK.

Say NO to bullying.

Hope St Charles kids and teachers can make it to Monkey Baa Theatre’s adaptation of I AM JACK at the Seymour Centre 26th October to 4th November. Tim McGarry who plays JACK is amazing.

Duncan Ball’s Emily Eyefinger will be showing from July 2011 – I can’t wait to see it.

MonkeyBaa theatre have taken Jackie French’s ‘Hitler’s Daughter’  to the USA where it will tour across the US. It is fantastic!!!!!

3. Inaugural patrons, authors MORRIS GLEITZMAN, JACKIE FRENCH & SUSANNE GERVAY Celebrate MONKEYBAA Theatre

Susanne getting ready for launch

What a special day with the extraordinary MonkeyBaa Theatre. The talent of the creative directors of MonkeyBaa  Tim McGarry, Eva di Cesare and Sandie Eldridge and the talents of the Australian theatre community took my breath away at the Premiere of Thursday’s Child at the Seymour Theatre Sydney.

Morris Glietzman, Jackie French and I accepted with pleasure the role of Patrons of MonkeyBaa Theatre on 15th May at the premiere. The theatre was packed, the energy high and everyone seemed to be there from actors, Australia Council, the NSW Arts bodies, directors, critics, theatre lovers, writers and creators. Launched by the Rt Hon Virigina Judge a Minister for the Arts NSW Government.  Loved it all.
