Wow! And you’re not a coffee drinker either, are you? I gave up sodas years ago, but I have been known to drink one occasionally. I haven’t given up coffee though.
When I told my doctor that I had given up soft drinks, she grabbed my chart and wrote it down. I never have thought to ask her why she made such a big deal about it, although I know they’re not a healthy drink.
I admire your will power. I admire YOU!
No soda for YEARS? That amazes me! Do you miss them? I still haven’t had my soda, yet, but I’m looking forward to it!
