1. Cards!

and other stuff~

I've been resizing and uploading and formatting and labeling and arranging and cursing and reloading and re-labelling and, well, you get the idea.
But the result is that I now have some new cards and other goodies up in my shops!

First up is Cafe Press. I did some journals, Valentines, postcards, notecards, magnets and stickers with the 4 red and pink yarn images I created recently. They're in the Fuzzy Valentine section (which also has some ThankYou, Birthday, and Blank cards with those same images.)

Next is Greeting Card Universe. I did a lot of cards, and even though I used the same images, I did some different colored backgrounds on a couple of them, just to be different. I also customized them a bit more, with titles like "Sweetheart", "Mom", "All You Need Is LOVE", etc.

I also made cards for other occasions with some of the other yarn images. These are in Greeting Card Universe too.

Both places let you buy one card at a time. Greeting Card Universe just has cards.
At Cafe Press you can get packs of 10 or 20 cards, and the price goes down a bit that way. You can also get the other goodies there.
I'm not trying to doing a hard sell here, I'm just saying.

If you do go have a look, and find any mistakes or glitches, please tell me. I'm a little cross-eyed from looking at these same little pieces and typing in the same information umpteen-million times.
~~~~~~~~
I just read about Heath Ledger. WOW, he was young. How tragic.
2. Want to be an Evil Cousin too?
Well, you're in luck!!! (Says intentionally obnoxious Avery)
We have t-shirts! Book bags! TEDDY BEARS! (Seriously) Plus, a bunch more! (Insert annoying emoticon, etc. here)
So here it is. Our Cafe Press site.
Enjoy! Any proceeds go to more books for more Evil Cousin reviews.
Happily, obnoxiously, and trying not to be salesman-ly....
Twyla Lee and Avery Trelaine
PS: Send us a picture of yourself in your Evil paraphernalia...we just may post you as our honorary long-lost Evil Cousin of the month.
3. A Great New Year!
Happy 2008! I hope everyone had a safe and joyous New Year! I am really excited for everything I have planned during the upcoming year. For starters, I’m continuing to improve upon and add different features to my website. I just recently discovered a site called cafepress.com which allows you to design all sorts of personalized things from T-shirts, to tote bags! I thought this was really neat since I like to design and create, and so I decided to open up my own Laura and the Leprechauns gift shop so you can browse my latest creations at your leisure. I will be updating designs and merchandise offered periodically, so if there is something specific you are looking for—a favorite character or slogan, or illustration from the book—please don’t hesitate to let me know. I would be happy to add it to future designs. Right now I think you’ll find that there is quite a wide variety of things to choose from. You can locate the gift shop directly at: http://www.cafepress.com/chrysalispress or access it through www.chrysalispress.com. Just select the “Gift Shop” button at the bottom of the page and it will redirect you to the store. I hope you will enjoy all the shop has to offer. As always I look forward to hearing your feedback and opinions, so feel free to drop me a line at [email protected]. I’ll be in touch soon!
Sincerely,
Amber
