How to use this Page
You are viewing the most recent posts tagged with the words: Clubhouse magazine in the JacketFlap blog reader. What is a tag? Think of a tag as a keyword or category label. Tags can both help you find posts on JacketFlap.com as well as provide an easy way for you to "remember" and classify posts for later recall. Try adding a tag yourself by clicking "Add a tag" below a post's header. Scroll down through the list of Recent Posts in the left column and click on a post title that sounds interesting. You can view all posts from a specific blog by clicking the Blog name in the right column, or you can click a 'More Posts from this Blog' link in any individual post.
Hey all. Just posting a little something I did for Clubhouse magazine’s April ’11 issue. It’s Easter-related, as you can see and was a really fun piece to pull together. I enjoy doing the busy scenes. It’s always a special challenge to integrate the “silly things” these puzzles house. In this case, the kiddos are to find things that begin with “SU”. See if you can find them too!

LTNP (long time no post). I've been so busy, it's hard to cover all the bases. I just received these Clubhouse Magazine back cover samples in the mail yesterday from the AD at Focus on the family. Not a moment too soon, since the illustration was for their Christmas issue last December.
I might add, I recently signed onto Twitter (www.twitter.com/Bron_Smith). If you want to follow my daily battles in the war against deadlines, Twitter is an easy way to do it. I like Twitter, as opposed to Facebook, because you can tweet inside of a minute (only 140 characters allowed) so it doesn't eat up as much time as Facebook can. I'm amazed at the exposure Twitter has given me in such a short period of time. I see Amy Moreno everyday on Twitter...we're Twittermates. Oh, thanks, Ginger, for getting me into LinkedIn. That's been helpful too.
I loved this as a sketch and spent a good hour finding all the hidden goodies. It is Wonderful-Awesome in color. Great, great work and so much fun!
I used to be on twitter and facebook, but just don't have the time I was using up on both, so I am simply Linked In for now. I love to use it to check to see if my favorite editors are still where they used to be. This is a strange new economy.
Bron,
This is an amazing piece of art. Your work astounds me in it's detail and also in the variation of styles you have. Congratulations on all you're doing. Life sure does get busy doesn't it? Twitter is a lot easier than facebook, I agree.
