रिटायरमैंट नही फुल स्टाप………..
रिटायरमैंट का नाम सुनते ही मन मे एक ही बात आती है कि अब … बस… लाईफ मे फुल स्टाप लग गया. लेकिन जो लोग ऐसा सोच रहे हैं उनके लिए एक खुश खबर है अब अगर वो वाकई मे समाज के लिए कुछ करना चाहते हैं तो उनके लिए ढेरो रास्ते खुले हैं.
रिटायरमैंट के बाद खाली बैठ कर लोग बहुत भावुक हो जाते हैं चिडचिडे हो जाते हैं वो मन ही मन सोचते हैं कि बस हमने जितना काम करना था वो कर लिया पर असल मे सही मायनो मे उनमे ऊर्जा की कोई कमी नही होती. अगर वो अध्यापक रिटायर हुए है तो वो बच्चो को पढा सकते हैं या जिसमे भी रुचि हो वो काम कर सकते हैं जिससे ना उनमे भावना आएगी कि बस हमारी जिंदगी रुक गई है और वह उसी उत्साह और जोश के साथ काम करते जाएगें
हमारे एक जानकार का घर बन रहा था उन्हे एक व्यक्ति ऐसा चाहिए था जो उस बनते घर मे बैठ सके ताकि मजदूर खाली न बैठे… ऐसे में उन्होने एक दादा से जिक्र किया … दादा सारा दिन खाली रहते थे अब जब उन्हें पता चला कि बैठने के पैसे भी मिलेंगें तो वो खुश हो गए …मजदूरों से बाते भी करते रहते और मजदूर भी अपने काम मे लगे रहते देखते ही देखते घर बहुत जल्दी बन गया.
सीनियर सिटीजन की सेवाओ की, अनुभवो की देश को समाज को जरुरत है ताकि विकास के काम सुचारु रुप से चलते रहें.
खाली घर पर बैठ कर चिढ्ने कुढ्ने की बजाय अगर वो काम पर ध्यान देगें तो उनका भी अच्छा समय व्यतीत होगा और उनके अनुभवो से हमें भी फायदा होगा खासकर बच्चे बहुत कुछ सीख सकतें हैं
और इसकी हमे बहुत जरुरत है इसलिए अब फुल स्टाप नही रही रिटायरमैंट ………..अब तो शुरुआत है नई जिन्दगी की …
रेल हादसे ने छीन लिए दोनों ही हाथ: हिमाचल प्रदेश के जिला ऊना के गगरेट-दौलतपुर रोड पर स्थित गांव दियोली के मूल निवासी पूर्ण चंद परदेसी के पिता रामरक्खा दिल्ली के शकूर बस्ती रेलवे स्टेशन पर गनमैन के पद पर कार्यरत थे। 1959 में परदेसी जब चौथी कक्षा में पढ़ रहे थे तो एक दिन स्कूल जाने के दौरान रेलगाड़ी से उतरते समय रेल के पहिए की चपेट में आकर अपने दोनों ही हाथ गंवा बैठे। उन्होंने इसे जिंदगी का सबक मान इसी एक टुकड़े में चमड़े की छोटी सी बैल्ट के बीच कलम फंसाकर लिखना शुरू कर दिया। 1970 में द्वितीय श्रेणी में मैट्रिक करने के बाद बड़े भाई के साथ होशियारपुर लौट आए। पूर्ण चंद की सुंदर लिखावट बताती है कि उन्होंने जीवन को कभी बोझ नहीं बनने दिया। साल 1976 में देश के तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति फखरुद्दीन अली अहमद के हाथों नैशनल अवार्ड से सम्मानित परदेसी अब तक 1 लाख से भी अधिक पुस्तकों व मैगजीनों की प्रूफ-रीडिंग कर चुके हैं। होशियारपुर के साधु आश्रम में बतौर प्रूफ रीडर से करियर की शुरूआत करने वाले परदेसी हिंदी, संस्कृत, अंग्रेजी व पंजाबी में अब तक लाखों पुस्तकों की प्रूफ रीडिंग का काम सफलतापूर्वक निभा रहे हैं। रिटायरमैंट के बाद भी ईमानदारी व जज्बा बेमिसाल पूर्ण चंद परदेसी की ईमानदारी और जीने का जज्बा ही है कि साल 2005 में रिटायरमैंट के बाद भी संस्थान को उनकी जरूरत महसूस हुई। पिछले 10 सालों से कांट्रैक्ट बेस पर काम करने के दौरान प्रूफ रीडिंग का काम करते हुए इन पुस्तकों से सबक लेना कभी नहीं भूले… Read more…

Mr. & Mrs.Shrink came round for dinner. I was demonstrating the power of the iPad mini as a drawing tool and all-round creative content miracle machine to Mrs.Shrink and ended up sketching this impromptu portrait of her husband.
