oooh, not my best bag lady! I'm so out of practice, but we have to show the bad with the good. And she still has attitude, right? She looks like many older women who are trying to hang onto youth. Go for it if it makes you feel good! :)

Just found you thru IF. Aren't paper bags a wonderful color to work in? Reminds me of my childhood...we did lots of coloring on paper bags. Love your birds' nest pieces, too!
Love this one. The quote is fun and so is the lady. The pretty ones are the ones we would like to be this is the one we are. Hanging onto youth means it is still there on the horizon. I am scared when I don't hold on it will disappear with the sunset forever..........

Ooooh..so glad you went with THIS ONE! She looks wonderful - red hair and sun dress! I TOTALLY agree with CS.....there's nothing wrong with holding on to youth - age is all in the head! And if it's still on the horizon - it's still THERE! If Stevie Nicks can do it at 60-something - so can we all!!!!

this is an exquisite bag lady. her facial expression is as engaging as her wild hair. i'm not sure she cares about holding on to anything in particuliar and i say more power to her. myself i've made a transition from being a old young woman to being a young old woman and i'm pretty happy with that. of course, i am an aspiring babe, afterall.
