The e-book comprises a series of articles containing important lessons Averbach learned from his own divorce and his path to recovery. The articles focus on problems readers are likely to encounter in the course of their divorce/breakup/separation and contain a range of aids to help them deal with their situation, to give them more control over events and to assist them to move on. Following the articles are some practical suggestions for coping with a breakup and for easing the pain. Finally, an Appendix lists useful links (active URLs) on divorce-related matters.
