Tonight was our monthly critique meeting, held as usual at fellow member, Suzy Cyr's beautiful studio. I had to snap a few pics of a sampling of her beauties while I was there....
Mounted and framed insects of awesome....
(My photo comes nowhere close to showing how beautifully impressive this beetle is - gorgeous metallic blue body and sparkling metallic red head).
There's a predominance of sea-themed lovelies though -
(The enclosed glass jelly-fish glows in the dark!)
Teensy-tiney snippets of seaweed self-attached to pebbles....
And 5 different varieties of crabs. :-)
It's always an adventure in Suzy's studio.
