Hello my dear Linda,

I’ve just spent an hour looking at the fabulous drawings on your website – thank you for the musing and dreaming! So unique and original, – there must be an equally unique and originally personality be speaking behind it. So much so I’m sometimes worried that you still like normal people, Felix people and such. On the other hand – I wish I could have a conversation with you about all these beings that populate your cloudy worlds.

Many of your ideas are hard to relate to each other. They seem only connected somewhere in the interior of the café where you draw or somewhere in you. Sometimes I wish there would be more pavements, cityscape (you have great talent in drawing these too), something I can hold on to, stories. But I understand the fragmentary is part of the philosophy and approach. In addition to that there are so many intricate allusions that require good knowledge of English, of history – it’s difficult! Why is there no educated English speaker around that could help me to grasp all the meaning! Expressions like “tether’s end” aren’t known to me, I have to stumble over them using a search engine. Another coincidence made me stumble over the real story of Tesla, the pigeons and the doctors. Phew!

Very beautiful, very funny, very lovely and loving!!! I can feel the butterfly’s racing around in their giggling body’s, and the urge to jump and yell and dance. Very contagious! I think everybody who reads this story will escape from the pocket.
Just one thing: the drawing is a bit diffucult to see because he lines are so light. Bit darker would be easier to view.

Dear Linda, you always surprise me in such a pleasant way with sweet characters, whimsical ideas and poetic/romantic touches in your drawings!
If this is 2014, then I’m much more happy to meet her!:) I hope she’s thought about the most lovely “stuff” a new year can bring to make people feel good and smile!
I like the dancing figures (especially “the swishy way”!), the talking stars, the sweeping rain, the flying time (à la Mary Poppins), the Slowword couple… well, everything! And I’m glad we are already INSIDE this new adventure!:D

Its such as you read my thoughts! You appear to grasp so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
I believe that you can do with some % to pressure the message home a bit, but instead of that, that is wonderful blog.

I haven’t seen or read of mermen, but I love them! I like the movements of the bodies in this joyful dance! By the way, I remember that many years ago there was a boy in a puppet theatre studio I worked in. He acted as a mermaid and his performance was great! It was soon that I understood he’s become a puppeteer…:-)
