Michelle Miller, a former banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co., has signed a six-figure book deal with G.P. Putnam’s Sons. Miller had originally published The Underwriting in twelve installments on the internet. According to The Associated Press , the story “is billed as The Social Network meets The Wolf of Wall Street.”
Miller plans to write five books for this thriller fiction series; the Penguin Random House imprint has only acquired the first two books. The release date for book one has been set for May 26, 2015. Tara Singh-Carlson served as the editor for this project.
