This little piece is from a much larger assignment early this year. It's been one of my favorite assignments this year thus far. Sixty-six 2"x 2" greyscale pieces. The deadline was super-tight. It was a BLAST to knock these out -- such a fun, freeing assignment!! I even wrote a blog post about it, way back when (you can read it here).

It's a bluegrass night with grandma pickin' the banjo and grandpa on the harmonica. The fireflies join us in a little tw0-step, dancing to the country twang on a hot summer night.
