Hello Miriam,
I heard of your Bloom Award through my SCBWI.
I have read through all the guidelines, and I believe my book to fit well within these.
However, I am not sure about the "who-done-it" aspect, since my book is really an adventure with a mystery aspect more like "how do I solve the clues in order to rescue my friend from who-done-it?"
Do you think it would be worth my while to submit my book, or would it be not quite what you are looking for?
(Hopefully there are others out there who will benefit from your answer to this as well!)
