1. Oxford Reading Tree: Snapdragons

We returned to the work we did designing and commissioning illustration for the Snapdragons reading scheme because we referred to these fantastic little books recently while developing a design course for Oxford Brookes University and Save The Children. I realised we never had got around to putting them all on our website, so here goes…

There are 60 titles in the Snapdragon ORT series, and the books are designed for children to want to read themselves. For this reason they take a lot of their playful design approach from picture books rather than traditional reading schemes.

They can be found on OUP’s website here, or perhaps a little cheaper on Amazon here.
