1. LAYING DOWN THE LAW

After not having written for some time, I finally have some interesting (allbeit ironic) news to report.  If anyone out there has followed my very few other blog posts, you know that for two days, I discussed my passionate desire to be in graduate school for Screenwriting and Intellectual Property Law as well as my seemingly infinite and breathless waiting for an affirmative decision from UCLA on my second application go round.

While UCLA ultimately rejected me and was unwilling to set up any sort of fomal or informal meeting to discuss the reasons behind my rejection, it would seem that my long time friend/sort of family member Kristina Richards (who has apparently been leading a paprallel life to myself where goals are concerned) has been offered admission to the University of Iowa School of Law.   It seems that as my big sis, she will always be laying down the law while I might just be laying down :(   While I wish her a big congratulations, I wish that I was joining her :(   Congrats, Kris!
