So, I'm pretty much bouncing around the house like a kid on crack because I got two advanced copies of my December 6 release, STRUCK (which is my three-in-one bindup of STUPID CUPID, FLIRTING WITH DISASTER, and PUCKER UP). Naturally, I want to pet them all day...and after I'm done first-basing the book, give one away to you guys. Haha, I keed--I'll leave it to you to get to know my book, biblically or otherwise.
Interested in entering to win a signed copy of this book? It's super easy. All you need to do is leave a comment on this post answering the following: How do you feel about matchmaking--online, in person or by other means? Have you or anyone you've known found a significant other this way?
You can also earn an extra entry per pimpage (e.g., 1 for Twitter, 1 for Facebook, etc). In your entry reply, let me know where you shared it. Also, make sure to leave a way for me to reach you if you're the winner. You can post your email address or send it to me directly if you don't want it online (rhonda at rhondaedits dot com).
Contest starts today and runs through Sunday, November 27, 11:59 pm EST. Open only to residents of U.S. or Canada (sorry, shipping is craaaazy expensive otherwise). I'll randomly choose 1 winner from all viable entries.
Thanks, and good luck!

I have a friend who found her husband through an online dating site. So it obviously works for some! I personally have never tried online matchmaking. But I did meet my husband through mutual friends back when we were in high school and they insisted we needed to meet. Here we are many years later, married with three beautiful sons. Anyway you can find love in this world is a good thing.
I wants to win teh awesum!
I have not been "match-made," per se, but I am addicted to Patti Stanger, the Millionaire Matchmaker on Bravo. I love her show and how she kicks immature boys in the nonos (metaphorically) and gets them ready for love. Matchmakers rule. And so does this bind-up!
I totally met my wonderful husband, Hairyman, on an online dating site. Best decision I ever made. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who's interested in finding a good match for themselves - but use caution, as you would with any online interaction! And don't close off possibilities. They say there's someone out there for everyone, but your someone might not look or sound the way you expect them to. Keep your heart open!
I don't have any experience doing it myself, but I have a few friends who have met their significant others on dating websites. My husband and I were also introduced by a mutual friend, so I'm all for it :)
Entering my chance to win some great reading materials.
Will also post on Facebook.

That book is BEAUTIFUL. And after reading refs to it in your course, I NEED!!
I think matchmaking can be fun if it's not taken too seriously. I've never actually done any when I come to think of it though :(
