I'll be gone offline for awhile, if I can get a flight soon enough to enjoy China's New Years Day without having to find some other means of getting there!!Man,..are those Flights ever jammed FULL this time of year.I had wanted to do this with 'Babes' also, before the accident,...then thought of the stress on her in some basket somewhere,...and dropped the idea.Now, it seems she is beside me saying:"Go for IT"!!  She can come easily now!
I want to meet someone very special in my life,...someone who has e-mailed me for ages and knows the things I would enjoy sharing with her,...and ...well,...if life does not go on,...well,...it means your fullfillment has left and you're DONE!   ha ha!!See?  Just thinking of this trip has me in good humour for a change,...wish me well!!~~~love you all!!~~~~xxx  Jack

At the Christ Church, 420 Sparks Street, Ottawa, 10am, the Centre 454 will celebrate their Annual Christmas Party. We have been working together to create the Banners and decorations these past two weekends at the Centre along with weekend entertainers coming in on Sunday morning to play for the crowd!!    She was being babysitted at a friend's apartment and when the friend went to work she left the balcony door open for her cat.   "Babes" accidently fell off the 7th floor balcony because she was blind. She had been blind for 4 years.   We will all miss her terribly and remember her devoted love to everyone she met, and her marvelous present of 12 puppies she gave birth to that made 12 people so happy. I knew she would never have wanted to sell her puppies, so I gave them away free to deserving families. She devoted herself to me for twelve years. Her love was pure and unconditional.   God bless you Babes, you have your sight back now, and can rest in peace knowing you have touched so many hearts.

She moved away from this lovely farm 10 years ago and she wanted to show me what it looked like! It was just beautiful,...with all the big trees she planted, and the Pond that had a big Heron lift off from when we approached it! She still misses the place! I don't blame her,...I would

It turned out to be a very chilly day with heavy clouds and what seemed like snow in the air!! No white stuff yet,..but it surely felt like it!! BRRRRR!!The first pictures are of a highway Restaurant beside Lansdowne, at Highway #2 and Regional #3, where I stopped for a Medium CHIPS!! ha! I saw some nice horse art on the walls, and got the camera out!! There was a Mural on the back wall also,..but it was hard to capture !! When we arrived at Rockport, I went in to see Peter and confirm my regular spot by his Restaurant, and then we unpacked the van and looked for customers among the hundreds of bus Tourists who came primarily for the Boat Tours!! One of the couples were from Windsor, and he just completed a 4-year prolect of creating their Water Purification Plant !! Another couple were celebrating their 35th Anniversary!! We dropped in on my brother Gilbert while we were in Ottawa getting some special Sign design paint, and he was really surprised to see us !!   I suggested he take-up pipe smoking instead of cigarettes, so he tried my pipe and really liked it!! I'll get him one for his Birthday in a couple of days! I was born on October 6th and he was born the next year, on October 7th, and my sister on the 4th!! Talk about Libras hanging in there eh?? ha ha!! My other brother Patrick is going to visit Gil this week also, so he'll not be lonesome!!

Maria Hofbauer runs quit a wonderful program for the lucky people who get her attention while riding the horses just outside Perth Ontario. My Jeannine has been volunteering for some time now, and I got interested right away myself!! We work with the people who can put the connection with a horse to good use,..just like simple calisthetics while in the saddle !! The pictures will tell all, and show the marvelous patience these people have their riders, and the careful methods used in getting them comfortable on a quite steed !!   What a day it was !!  We went up to Christopher & Pride's Cottage for the afternoon, and all the pictures I took are right here!!  Go have a BOO  at 160 pictures !!

Flowers arrived the day before,and then we went to her son Christopher's for the afternoon. Chris and Pride live in a lovely big cottage up above Lanark Village where the bush surrounds them with a majestic welcome in pre-fall colour! There are two dogs and a cat there, and we met Jeannine's daughter and son, from Cornwall, but the events of the afternoon I tried to capture with a busy camera all day!! They were good, fun events that all enjoyed and I'm certain she had a memorable Special Day!! Only one exception, and that was when "Scotty" ran into a bush of small black needles that reminded Chris of porcupine needles! The poor dog was just covered with dozens of the 3/4 inch black pin-like needles! She happily lay on the porch floor while we plucked them off her hair!! I have finished moving into the new Studio in Perth Ontario. It was, like every other move I ever made,...very stressful,...but so much more staifying when it was ALL OVER!! ha ha!!
