Almost brought to tears by this review – totally unexpected!

Linda Loft Wiles ‘Erteisia – Ultimate Sacrifice: Book one’ Review

Linda’s writing is both poetic and gripping. Each sentence flows seamlessly and pacing is handled with expert precision. Her writing stands out from the crowd by allowing her readers to have everything clearly and magically described and yet keep the story moving. It is impossible not to be addicted to this novel. Each chapter keeps you going. Then it ends, leaving you no choice but to move on to the next chapter!

So what is this incredible story about? Well, Linda has created her own world, literally. She has clearly spent weeks cleverly devising a new world. There are new forms of evil and various new species, which I personally found incredibly interesting. But as with all original creations, there are antagonists. There have been huge upheavals in the universe caused by Orion’s control over the human race. More than enough blood has been spilled, and there has been endless wars between Orion’s evil minions and the humans. I was both impressed and inspired by humanity by their grit and determination to fight when the odds are against them. They are brave and stubborn in their mission to defend their race and the world. Despite the world suffering as a result of these many battles.

Orion’s second in command, a horrid henchman, loathes humanity and will not rest until all humans have been destroyed.

With nothing getting any easier for the humans, and the war never-ending, a third party intervenes. This third party have witnessed the chaos for years, and decide it is now time to put a stop to it.But do they have the strength and power to stop Orion and his band of monsters?

Breathless suspense, nerve-biting tension, a fantastical world, an epic battle, and a perfect novel!

This superb blend of sci-fi and fantasy will have you unable to stop reading!

Humans in chaos against a mighty evil. Will someone from another universe come to their rescue?

This morning I was interviewed on community radio station FM89.7  by Jo Baker and her panel. I was nervous, however the outcome exceeded my expectations thanks to the panel.

A Successful launch at the City of Tea Tree Gully Library, along with wine, delicious cakes and nibbles, made for a wonderful evening. The  label on the Cabernet Sauvignon is inscribed with ERTEISIA – Ultimate Sacrifice, Book one, along with my name. This is one bottle of wine that won’t be opened!

Book two is forging along with plenty of action and unforseen twists and betrayal.

After a successful launch of ERTEISIA – Ultimate Sacrifice the book is now available in Dymocks book stores in Rundle Mall and Glenelg to compliment our earlier release on Amazon and Kindle.  Fingers crossed!!!

Withdrawal symptoms kicked in fast. I missed the characters and the adventure, so smartly returned to book two. Feeling fine now I’m back with my ‘friends’ in Sarandor’Q!!! I have a strong feeling this saga will continue for a long time!

At last ERTEISIA is released! The launch went better than I expected even though the winter weather was cold and raining. Today, strange as it seems, I had a feeling of loss. It reminded me of my children’s first day at school. An empty feeling! So it wasn’t long before I sat down and continued writing book 2. It filled the empty gap!

I’m going through my list of ‘what to do next’ things, for the launch of ERTEISIA, which is drawing near. Geoff, my husband, is doing an amazing job of, ‘putting it out there,’ advertising. Knowing his talent for spreading news, I would say he’s almost covered the planet! He just came into the room, sat down and said, “Are you saying I’m a gossip?” I nodded my head.

This afternoon I’ll join my characters and continue on with the second book of ERTEISIA, and as usual I’ll be on a journey of discovery. I never know where Sianna’Q and her warriors are going to take me next!

Busy day driving around Adelaide handing out invitations for the book launch of ERTEISIA – Ultimate Sacrifice.

The sun is warm, the sky blue. Unusual for winter – more like spring – with people smiling and appearing happy. Trees bare of leaves and spring flowers deceived by the warmth of the sun. Rose bushes budding, wisteria confused!

No longer can I separate summer and winter clothes in my wardrobe. Both are required. How I wish I was a shape-shifter like Sianna’Q, and just ‘morph’ in an instant!
