Newfoundland Labrador

Board of Education

has selected "Chicken, Pig, Cow" as part of their Kinderstart program.  Each child beginning kindergarten in 2011 will be given a resource bag which will include among other things, the "Chicken, Pig, Cow"book, as well as modelling clay and craft sticks so that children may make their own barnyard adventures.

Chicken, Pig, Cow & Horse go Lego!

The librarian at St.Jerome's kindly sent me this photo of Chicken, Pig, Cow & Horse in their barn.  A student created this masterpiece on his own after my visit--beautiful!  For more student creations please see Student Artwork.
