This is a children's book about Mr. and Mrs. Apple and their five children that are named after apples. Except for last girl born they ran out of names of apples that would suit for a girl. Their apartment was too small for their family, they move to the country to find the perfect home surrounded by apple trees. Not being able to afford their new home right away the owner lets them rent for one year.
The apple family learn all about making a profit in selling their apple so they could afford to buy the home. Illustrated drawings.
I find this to be a darling, cute children's book that I have read it from front to back. Large print any child could read, or read to a child ages 4-11yrs.
