2. Peace, Peace

I'm feeling this terrible tug of war within. My writing life stands on one end of me, feet firmly planted, hands locked tight around the rope of my being. And my life-life is squared away on the other end of the rope. Both are determined to pull with all their might and drag the other to defeat. At least, that's the way it feels at times.
