Honored to have been featured in ALA's magazine! Thanks to Robert Reid and the good folks over at Book Links for having me.

If you have a login you can read the interview here! And if you don't have a login, you can get a free trial. OR you can see a hard copy of the magazine when visiting your library!

You know Maxwell Eaton III, right? No, you're thinking of Maxwell Eaton II. Maxwell Eaton III is the guy who wrote and illustrated the mega-awesome Max and Pinky books.

Over four months, he interviewed me via postcards. I was zig-zagging the country promoting Lunch Lady and working on the next installments throughout. Take a look at the fun results over at Max's blog:

17. The Worcester Telegram & Gazette

My hometown paper published a great write up today on all things Lunch Lady. They even tracked down my old grade school lunch lady, Jeanne, to get a quote! She is the lunch lady who I had the chance encounter with back in 2001, which spun me into thinking about the secret lives of lunch ladies. Turns out there will be a reunion tomorrow night—Jeanne plans on attending my reading and signing at the Worcester Public Library.

Check out the article here.
