Now Playing - Say Goodbye by Norah Jones Life - When we were headed back to Idaho, I had actually been concerned that the thinner mountain air would cause some difficulty for me. I've never been the best when it comes to breathing - I always feel stuffy, but I'd read that many people have trouble making the switch back after being gone for a while. I did not have that problem

Now Playing - All A Dream by Norah Jones Life - The next few days were a bit blurry, we continued sorting through the shed, taking time out to eat Mexican food, chat with friends and family, eat more Mexican food, dividing boxes of books and comics and generally working or moving around from 6:30am to 1 or 2 in the morning. The shed got finished, mostly, everything re-boxes

Now Playing - Slow by Tricky Life - Man, today has been an odd day. Possibly the strangest sleeping schedule ever. Last night, around 7, I decided that a nap was in order, as I'd gotten only a tiny bit of sleep the night before. Linz decided to joing me and we slept for around an hour. When the alrm sounded, I made the clearly sleep-addled suggestion to sleep for a bit more, rather than

Life - Spent an hour or two wrestling with a hot water heater in the depths of my mother's root cellar. Again. If this current tact doesn't work then it's on to actually buying and installing an all new one. Frankly, at this point, that's something they should have done a loooong time ago.I also went on a quest for some Gruyere cheese for a recipe we planned to make. Found some at Fred Meyers,

Life -It's been cooler here in sunny Pocatello, lately. Huzzah, I say. Since returning from Wyoming, there hasn't been a lot on the docket for "Life" really, just some dishes and some weed pulling. It takes me an entire afternoon to water my lawn, thanks largely to a strangely shaped yard, but I'm finally seeing some green in areas where there was none last year, and our various squashes,
So you dropped a hint, but gave no details. Why is the probably the last Brain Eaters party? Is this another serial, which I despise. Since you didn't include the answer, I guess I'm free to surmise. Could it be: Halloween is falling out of vogue, now that you hit the big 31? Or is it, Next year, we'll come up with a new theme for Halloween? Or maybe, this year you actually will be
Hahahah No, We're planning the move to Washington by the time Halloween rolls around next year, motel or not. Halloween will never go out of vogue with me, not while the blood of a demon runs through this frame!

We may have a Halloween party there, but it's unlikely that I'll have found 40-60 crazy drunks by then to attend.
I thought you were moving out to the Dakotas to be closer to Teddy Roosevelt's Cabin and Mount Rushmore...not to mention me. We don't have a town called Washington, but we do have a collection of homes on the western front of the state called Beach. I spent an eternity there in just six months. So did my brother Randy, who there less for only a couple of months. Go east, young man, go
