How to use this Page
You are viewing the most recent posts tagged with the words: mlibrary in the JacketFlap blog reader. What is a tag? Think of a tag as a keyword or category label. Tags can both help you find posts on JacketFlap.com as well as provide an easy way for you to "remember" and classify posts for later recall. Try adding a tag yourself by clicking "Add a tag" below a post's header. Scroll down through the list of Recent Posts in the left column and click on a post title that sounds interesting. You can view all posts from a specific blog by clicking the Blog name in the right column, or you can click a 'More Posts from this Blog' link in any individual post.
I’ll be giving a short talk on 2.0 topics at the University of Michigan’s MLibrary 2.0 kickoff event tomorrow. Admission is free but the registration process is onerous. If you’re in the area, please persevere and come hear me and Peter “ambient findability” Morville and Kristen “NCSU digtal library” Antelman talk about techie library topics. Update: please read the comments for more information about this event, looks like it may be full up, or close to it.

We’re so glad you’re coming! Just to clarify, the goal for the MLibrary2.0 event was to educate our own staff, as well as some neighboring libraries and library schools we thought would benefit. Consequently, our registration process is limited to University of Michigan folks only, even though this not our first choice.
We’re looking forward to hearing you and the other presenters!
Sorry to say that registration for the event is full.
BUT…
If any librarians in the Ann Arbor area would like to attend but haven’t yet registered, we can probably squeeze in a few more people. Please email me at [email protected] by 5pm today (June 7) and I’ll see if we can accommodate you.
Oops, scratch my last comment–looks like we’re *full* full for the event, and won’t be able to fit anyone else in. :(
Sorry for any confusion!
