The Perseid meteor shower….
Did any of you happen to go looking for meteors? I saw a few tonight, in just the short time I was out looking. Even with lights around, they were able to be seen.
Fabulous. That is just what happens to me!
hahahah… I do this every year for my birthday!
Sometimes can be very frustrating…
Meteors don’t usually work to a schedule I don’t think. great illo!
In my 48 years I have never, ever seen a shooting star. Ever.
I am either very unlucky or I have really bad star karma.
Jen: And almost me, but I did happen to see 4 in the first 5 minutes. Then it seemed to stop.
Maldito: Really? How cool…Watching meteors as a birthday ritual!
lil kim: Heh! True! Not individually.
Jazz: Oh dear…Did you go out to take a look-see? Even in the city last night, they were visible. In fact, I saw three as I walked from the car to the apartment, and the parking lot is flooded with light. So put that on your bucket list, eh!
funny idea and wonderful style.
Love it, Paula! Didn’t look. I was watching other stars (our house and the one across the street was being used as a film location).
better luck next time – the drawing is great though!
I appreciate all the comments here, folks! Thanks again.
I appreciate that, Michel R!
MRB: Oh really…? How interesting! That sounds worthy of a blog posting so I hope you tell/told us more!
