3. Young and Hot

Paulina Porizkova, the former model who is married to the Cars guy, and who was voted off Dancing with the Stars, has a new novel out called A Model Summer.

People magazine asked her, "Will you write more books?"

Her answer? "Yes, I'm way too old and fat to model now. But for a writer, I'm pretty damn young and hot!" [Full disclosure: for the record, she is 42, slender and beautiful.]

[Full disclosure number 2: I'm not even going to mock her. I always enjoy going to Malice Domestic, a mystery fan/writer conference held every spring in DC, because there I am still young and hot. And only there, unfortunately. There, Paulina would be a goddess.]
