Well, from this agent's perspective, things have not only NOT slowed down this week, but have actually been super-de-duper hectic. Seems editors don't have any qualms asking for material before a holiday. Has made for some long days over the weekend, but you won't hear me complaining.
Signed a literary ghost story, started the marketing yesterday, and received a full request already. Wowza, that is a cool feeling.
We are out of office soon, but work will not slow down much for us. Plenty of chapter and manuscript submissions to peruse.
