I like the way you handled bullet-girls hair.
Bullet-Man and Bullet-Girl---two of the funkier characters from that era. Their helmets made them fly through some kind of magnetic force, so basically they were constantly being dragged through the air by their heads! That couldn't have been good.
My other favorite from that era was the human bomb. Everything he touched blew up.

these are great, the high contrast in the second sketch is really great. It shows a skillful hand. You should do hourman or dr midnite - I love those character designs. In fact, I think I'll sketch them now.
Thanks Shane! Two of my favorite character designs, love Dr. Midnight and Hourman. Really loved Ross' redesign of Dr. Midnight in Kingdom Come too but nothing beats those old 1940's superhero designs.
