This one is the best one yet! You're really using shadow effectively here to bring out the depth. My only criticism would be that I'd be more spare with the dots--it looks like he's got freckles, and that's probably unintended. I like the way you've used them in some of the earlier ones, just here and there, not so much a stipple pattern but just "hello, I'm a surface or a plane over here". I think it's a good technique, but if you can be spare and strategic with it, it's going to be more elegant and simple.
I think Eclipse made his costume more Black Hawk-like for the revival in the 80s, as usual, ruining all the fun.
