I couldn't resist adding them to my stack. I thought it was a cute series. When I got home I realized they don't share the same author or illustrator. Anyone else notice this? Guess How Much I Love You by Sam McBratney and

5. Review: Jesus Loves Me

illustrated by Tim Warnes. Simon & Schuster, 2008 board book edition. Warnes has illustrated the classic hymn Jesus Loves Me with scenes from life in a warm, loving family of bears. The text is spread out throughout the book with a line or two for each picture. It includes the familiar first verse, the chorus and a couple of verses I had never heard before. I bought it for my three year old's

6. Winding down with a laugh

I took a photo of the paintings at Sherbrooke Gallery Exhibit on Thursday when visiting with a friend and it amazes me the amount of work behind this small display. Nine paintings in total (one not in view) and months of preparation. We work so hard for our craft I wonder how many really appreciate the effort behind painting. The paintings come down tomorrow afternoon and I will be adding the
