You’ve misspelled Art’s name in the article and in the tag. Its not Balthazar, or Bathazar, its ‘Baltazar’ which is how its spelled in the promo image you posted. easy mistake to make.

Also, The Green Team was originally a Joe Simon creation, from the same era as Prez! (It was in the 1st Issue Special series)

GREEN TEAM is a recycled name, but it sounds like it’s being attached a new concept. The original series – which was one story in 1ST ISSUE SPECIAL plus a couple of stories in CANCELLED COMICS CAVALCADE – was just rich-kid boy adventurers, wasn’t it? And MOVEMENT sounds like an honest-to-goodness outright new series. Frankly, that alone makes this a welcome announcement as far as I’m concerned; a healthy line ought to be cycling in new ideas.

Considering DC’s response to all the New 52 cancellations could’ve been “You know what we need? More Batman spinoffs!”, this is very welcome news.

Must be a DC Comics from an alternate universe, because the one in this universe hasn’t had a clue for over a decade now.

This has to be the first original New 52 book not spun out of an existing title, right?

Anyway, interesting idea, but Simone’s not really known as an ‘ideas’ writer, so …. i guess we’ll see?

This is a pretty bold concept for 2 books. They seem more like ‘Vertigo material’ than ‘mainstream DC’ material. DC must be shaking things up. I’m eager to read them.
