Wow! I love the sound and look of this book :-) My kids love the pop up books from The Eden Project - The Global Garden and Earthly Treasure By Kate Petty, Jennie Maizels (http://www.edenproject.com/shop/Earthly-Treasure.aspx ) and How the World Works sounds similar.
