I failed to mention yesterday's installment of "Black Medicine Thunder and the Sons of Chaos" at The Red Penny Papers yesterday (bad writer!). Oh yes, things go from bad to severely f*cked this week, or as Max would say, "What the heck?"

Awwww...I conjured Romero. (I'm not even sure if the things out there in the dark were zombies. Hell Heck, this review at ASIF suggests it was a vampire apocalypse. Now I'm confused.)

- all manner of facial scars
- necklaces made of human teeth
- and a mean ol' bastard named Reaver
...not to mention a cameo (or two) by characters from Loathsome, Dark, and Deep.

It must put a glow in your heart to have your name used in the same sentence as Romero. I suppose one man's zombies is another man's vampires...and good luck with keeping the scamp's language clean. It's an uphill battle!

I think being mentioned in the same sentence as Romero is quite an honor. People are talking about your work. That's more than what some writers have.

I changed my Google password the other week after Cate got hacked. I think I'd better just change all my passwords--to random gibberish that only I can remember (except that I can't).
