Over at the MiGs, I wrote a post called After the Book Deal- The First 3 Months, which will end up being a series on things you can do after you get your book deal. The whole process can be daunting and you might wonder, where do I begin? Hopefully this series, After the Book Deal, can help you navigate your way through it.

Members of my writers’ critique group, MiG Writers, have been posting some great pieces in our blog. I’ve been negligent in posting lately, but I’m going to try posting something later today. Anyway, here are some recent posts:
Running In The Dark by Christina: When writing feels like running in the dark.
On Coconut Milk by Kate: Why writing sometimes feels like brain surgery.
Confessions Of An Outline Obsessee by Christina: C’mon, ‘fess up. Are you obsessed with outlines, too?
Recapturing the Spark by Andrea: What do YOU do when your writing loses its spark?

So, so cool, Christina!! Congratulations on your book deal. I'm so excited for you and have bookmarked the After the Book Deal series to read later!
That's so exciting about your book deal! Congrats! And thanks for the behind-the-scenes post, too. I'm not anywhere near that point, but it was still uber interesting, and I'll be bookmarking it for (probably distant) future reference.
I'm so glad you found it helpful and interesting. It's true. The whole process is a bit daunting and there isn't a lot out there on the topic.
I love posts like that. Kiera Cass did something similar too.
On my way to read your post.:)
