Tonight I’m off to see Ilsa Bick with her new YA novel, ASHES. I’ve heard good things about this book, so I’m really looking forward to it. Another thing I’m looking forward to is the Southwest Texas SCBWI conference that’s happening in San Antonio this weekend. I’ll try to write up a recap when I get back. Later this month, Houston gets a real treat with the Pen Fatale Tour. I’m really excited about this event and I’ll be talking more about it as the date approaches.
Right now, here are more exciting books coming in early October. Spread the word!
